All orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit to book the date.

- For standard events, the remaining balance is due the week prior to your event.

- For weddings, the full balance is due one month prior to the event date.

If your event is canceled before your booking date, your deposit will be converted into a credit of the same value for future use.

Cancellations within one week of the event date will result in the loss of the deposit with no credit issued.

For weddings, cancellations within one month of the event date will result in the loss of all payments made.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

Immeasurably More Event Catering is not currently a brick-and-mortar location—we operate out of a rented commercial kitchen in Mansfield, Ohio. While we love serving our customers this way, we also dream of one day having a place to call our own. We trust that, in His perfect timing, the Lord will provide the right space for us. Until then, we remain committed to bringing you exceptional food with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Yes! At Immeasurably More Event Catering, we take pride in creating visually stunning displays that elevate your event. We provide elegant stands, risers, and decorative elements to beautifully showcase our food at no additional charge. Our setups are designed to complement your event’s style while ensuring a seamless and inviting presentation. After your event, we coordinate a convenient pickup time for any display items used.

While our standard décor and stands are included at no extra cost, we’re happy to discuss additional customization options if you have a specific theme or vision in mind. Let us know what you’re dreaming of, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life!

Liability

Client Responsibilities:

You are responsible for ensuring that the event venue is suitable for our catering services, including access to necessary utilities such as electricity and water. Any delays or issues arising from an unsuitable venue are your responsibility.

Damage to Property:

Client Liability: You are responsible for        any damage to Immeasurably More Event Catering’s equipment, décor, or other property that occurs during the event. This includes damage caused by guests, other vendors, or the venue.

Billing for Damages: Any costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged items will be billed to you after the event. You agree to pay for these costs in full within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Food Safety: We follow strict food safety protocols, but we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or health issues caused by undisclosed food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Leftovers: Any leftover food is the responsibility of the client once it leaves our care. We cannot guarantee the safety or quality of food after it has been served and recommend proper storage and prompt consumption to prevent foodborne illness. Immeasurably More Event Catering is not liable for any issues arising from the consumption of leftovers.
